The Haunting Of Bly Manor, AKA The Haunting Hill House Season Two is on the way soon after director Mike Flanagan has confirmed that it is finished filming.
The director tweeted about the end of the shooting:
Thatís a wrap on THE HAUNTING OF BLY MANOR. Congratulations to the cast and crew, the familiar faces and the new, and congratulations to the filmmakers who came on board to make this season their own.— Mike Flanagan (@flanaganfilm) February 21, 2020
The director has previously confirmed that season two will be ‘much scarier’ than the original haunting – which leaves us terrified, because season one was more than enough for us.
Speaking to†Birth.Death.Movies, Flanagan said: ďWeíre looking at all the ghost stories of Henry James as the jumping-off point for the season, so it very much is a whole new deal,”
ďItís a cool way to expand on some of the things I loved about season one, but within the framework of a new story, without having to be restrained by the decisions we made last time,”
ďFor Henry James fans, itís going to be pretty wild, and for people who arenít familiar with his work, itís going to be unbelievably scary. I already think itís much scarier than season one, so Iím very excited about it.Ē
We still don’t know exactly how Bly Manor will connect to Hill House, but we know that season one stars Victoria Pedretti and Oliver Jack
