McDonald’s has finally revealed the start date for one of the best times of the year – McDonald’s Monopoly.
The classic game will return on March 25th, in just three weeks time. It will last 41 days from then and see fast food fans collect the iconic Monopoly properties. As usual, these will be stuck onto the back of their main range of food items.
As usual, the prizes are split between instant wins – where you can get a free snack – and stickers with codes to collect to eventually win a bigger prize.
However, in 2019 the amount of these expensive prizes significantly went down compared to previous years.
In past years, there were 200 holidays available, but in 2019 that was reduced to just 20. McDonald’s have not confirmed what the prizes will be this year, or how many will be available.
Last year’s prizes included 20 Mini Coopers, games consoles and massive cash prizes of up to £100,000.
Needless to say, fans are already getting very excited at the prospect.

Catch us at the nearest McDonald’s on March 25th buying far, far too much food just to try and win some prizes. Pretty sure, we’ll just end up with an apple pie, though.
