Nando’s has unveiled a range of new summer-inspired menu items perfect for the warmer weather and we are VERY excited.
The new side-dishes and salads hit restaurants from May 14 – and offer perfect veggie options for those looking for something a little lighter.
New dishes include saucy spinach, roasted sweet potato and butternut squash, and tender long-stem broccoli.
Also joining the menu will be a watermelon and feta salad, which Nando’s describes as “a mouth-watering combination of chargrilled slices of watermelon and pickled watermelon chunks served on a bed of baby spinach with black olives, cucumber and a generous sprinkling of feta.”
A brand new house salad will also be on offer “which features cos lettuce tossed with crunchy cucumber and mixed baby plum tomatoes, topped with olives and mixed chargrilled peppers.”
Obviously if you’re still looking for you chicken fix – all of the new menu items could be a perfect accompaniment to the peri-peri chicken we all know and love.
Grains ‘n’ Greens, which is also available as a main course finishes off the new offering for the grown-ups.
The kid’s menu has also been given a revamp – with Watermelon Slices, Sweet Potato and Butternut Squash Chunks arriving for the Nandino’s.
