Potterheads, it’s that time of year again when you beg your partner to take you to the most magical Christmas dinner of all time – at Hogwarts.
Fans will be able to have a Christmas feast inside The Great Hall as part of the Warner Bros studio tour’s holiday makeover.
If you head on down to the studio lot, from November 16 until January 26, 2020, visitors will be able to experience Christmas in the Wizarding World, and it’s quite like no-other.
Hogwarts In The Show will see the Great Hall decorated just as it was for the Yule Ball, including snow-covered Christmas trees, icicles and an orchestra. Other touring areas, including the Gryffindor Common Room and the Boys’ Dormitory, will also be transformed into a festive holiday extravaganza.
Separately, guests can choose to head on over around December 9, 10, and 11, as Harry Potter fans will be able to enjoy drinks and canapés, before having a two-course Christmas dinner.
Guests who choose this ticket will be able to see what it’s like to truly enjoy a feast in the Great Hall, and sit on the table of their chosen house.
Varieties of holiday-inspired dessert bowls will be served up on Platform 9 3/4 – right beside the original Hogwarts Express, and you’ll be able to get your hands on a glass of delicious Butterbeer in the backlot cafe before heading over to check out their latest expansion, Gringotts Wizarding Bank.
Discover the magic of Hogwarts in the Snow as the breathtaking castle model is covered in a layer of filmmaking snow especially for the festive season. The evening will conclude with music and dancing, with a bar provided for those who wish to purchase additional drinks. I don’t know about you, but this sounds like an absolute dream to me.
I’d warn you though, if you want to get yourself down to the enjoy the festive activities I’d order your tickets fast, because they’re likely to sell out VERY quickly.
