If you want to let out some anger, now you can thanks to a dartboard that’s personalised with your ex’s face. While moving on is all part of the healing process, let’s also remember anger is one of the five stages of grief. If you can’t stand the smug look on your ex’s face, why not hurl darts at it?
Head over to Prezzybox, where you can pick up two sizes of personalised dartboard. There’s the small for £34.99 (25cm) or upgrade to the large (45cm) for £44.99.
The official description reads: “Replace expensive nights out at the pub with your very own home dart tournament! A great way to get your mates around for some healthy competition, you can personalise this dartboard with any pictures of your choice to create the perfect prezzy for Father’s Day, a birthday or as a treat for yourself!”
However, surely the site is missing the ingenious idea of using it as a way to launch magnetic darts at your ex while picturing it’s actually them hanging on the wall? Who knows, having an ex to aim for could help you hit the bullseye?
If you’re feeling really hyped up, you can also buy a personalised dartboard that has multiple faces on. This means you can throw as many darts as you want and you’re pretty much always sure to whack your ex in the face. Sounds pretty good to me!
Elsewhere, Firebox.com has the Voo Yoo doll that you can personalise. The site is already known for putting your face on socks, cushions, and even turning you into a LEGO minifig, but now the gift website has “told the witchdoctor I was in love with you” — ooh eee, ooh ah ah.
Firebox reminds us that “teddy bears are boring AF,” so why not try something a little more adventurous? A cute twist on the classic dark side of voodoo dolls, the creators suggest you give this one a hug instead of sticking pins in its eye, heart, and other painful areas.
With the Voo You Doll already on the market, that might explain the lower-back pain I’ve been experiencing at the moment. There’s probably an army of dolls with my face on out there. It’s definitely a novel way to show how you feel about someone. I’m sold!
There’s nothing wrong with a little healthy vengeance on someone you feel has wronged you. If you ex happens to get in the way of your throwing darts or sticking pins in a cushion, well, that’s there fault, isn’t it? Only problem is, I’m not sure my ex’s fat head would fit on a dartboard!
